Contact Us to enquire about an event date. If the date is available, we will email you a booking form to complete and request a £50 safety deposit via bank transfer to confirm the booking.
You will receive a booking confirmation email with event details and full payment instructions attached.
If you have booked a package requiring personalisation, we will also request this information in the booking confirmation email.
The total booking cost must be paid the day before your event if you are paying via bank transfer. Alternatively we can accept cash payment on the day of your event.
We will drop off and set up the equipment at a time agreed during the booking process (earliest set up time is 10am subject to availability). Depending on the type of booking, set up can take anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
We will show you how to operate the equipment and provide a set of instructions to keep on hand during your event.
Outdoor daytime bookings will need to ensure the screen is heavily shaded to guarantee a good picture quality. We can provide our own blackout gazebo with side walls (at an additional cost) to overcome this issue.
We will dismantle and collect the equipment at a time agreed during the booking process (latest collection time is 10am next day).
After collection we will test the equipment to make sure no damage has been caused (excluding fair wear and tear) and your £50 safety deposit will be refunded within 5 working days.
